GGroup Fitness

Enjoy our Individual programs delivered in a group environment.Two to four people in a group with one trainer . 

A diverse range of group activities from outdoors bootcamps, functional training focusing on building strength and mobility HIIT training for boosting metabolism and improving the cardiovascular system.

You will develop core strength designed to increase your static and dynamic posture, reducing the likelihood of injuries and improving your training gains.
