My names are  Bob Harrison Ochieng

Since I remember, I have been passionate about Sports and the benefit it brings to our physical and mental health in daily life. 

​

I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Movement Specialist, and Nutrition Coach with many years of experience. I help my clients improve strength, performance, and overall fitness. I am specialising in developing power, strength, speed and agility through safe, effective, and evidence - based training. 

​

Certified through the American Council on Excercise (ACE) I hold credentials as a Youth Fitness Specialist and Orthopedic Excercise Specialist, allowing me to work with beginners, athletes, and individuals seeking proper exercise technique and injury prevention.

I am a Precision Nutrition (Level 1 and Level 2) certified Coach, integrating nutrition with training for sustainable results.

My coaching philosophy emphasises how we move, how we train, and how we fuel our bodies, helping clients build strong foundations, move better, and achieve long-term progress.
