Breaking A Sweat. (BAS)
Updated: Oct 7
Have you ever wondered how long it takes for you to have the first Sweat of the day not from the heat from a sunny day or some other sources of external heat, but from the Intension that you really want to have it so that you can step into the shower and get started with your day ?
Creating a routine where you can have minimum of 10 to 15 minutes of easy to do movements , no equipment needed, less space .
The goal would be to start your normal exercises … call it warming up but very consistent with less breaks in between the moves ..keeping up with your breathing rhythm and connecting with your muscles responses to the intensity as you pay attention to your body posture as you perform the movement .
Focus on your movement, having muscle and mind connection as the intensity grows …pay attention to your breathing and let every breath counts as you feel the muscles tensions getting hard almost to the breaking point don’t stop when its not necessary maintain through till you feel the build up of the Sweat .. trickling down your face or in your spine. Continue for five or few minutes before you stop then step into the shower or a bath before you begins your day-
